Products and Descriptions

Each of our gemstones is a unique, natural product. We make every effort to describe and photograph our gemstones and jewelry as accurately as possible. However, natural stones vary in color, clarity, inclusions, and dimensions, and colors may appear differently depending on your screen. Slight variations between the image and the item you receive are a normal characteristic of natural gemstones and are not considered defects. Where a gemstone is certified, the accompanying independent laboratory report describes its properties.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in the displayed currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price. Because each stone is one of a kind, availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the product subject to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Payment is processed through secure, encrypted checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

Shipping

Delivery times, carriers, and any import duties are described in our Shipping Policy. Any import fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer according to their country's regulations.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
