Gemstone Orders
We dispatch gemstone orders within 24 hours after you place your order.
Jewelry Orders
All jewelry orders are made to order and take 10–14 days to be made from the day you place your order.
Shipping time is another 3–5 business days. In total, you should have your jewelry within 5–7 business days from the shipped date (if you're located in the US). Deliveries outside of the US can take up to 7–14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

- All our gemstones and jewelry are shipped with DHL Express.
- We ship within 24 hours of order placement.
- Same-day shipping on orders placed before 13:00 (GMT +7).
- Shipping is processed Monday to Saturday.
