Return & Refund Policy

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address below:

1. E-mail us regarding the return, or reply to your order confirmation e-mail.
2. We will provide you the DHL return shipping label for fast processing of the return.
3. The return fee will be deducted from your purchase value at the time of refund.

DHL Express Shipping

Example: total purchased value $300 − $50 (return shipping fee) = $250 refunded to your account.

Standard Shipping

For items shipped via Standard Shipping, the courier does not provide return shipping. The buyer needs to ship back using any means, and the return payment will be made upon receipt of goods only. We highly recommend using a shipping class that has tracking. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least three (3) days from receipt of your item to process the return.

PayPal

Your refund will be instantly deposited into your PayPal account.

Credit Card Payments

Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
